Terms of Service
Last updated 21 July 2026
By creating an account or using Suasor, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
1. What Suasor does
Suasor turns your spoken answers into a personal knowledge brain, learns your voice, and generates drafts you can approve and publish to connected platforms. It is a tool that assists you — you remain the author and are responsible for what you publish.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. One person or organisation per account unless we agree otherwise.
3. Your content is yours
You own everything you put into Suasor — your recordings, transcripts, brain, and drafts. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service to you (transcribe it, build your brain, generate drafts, and post what you approve). We don’t use it to train AI or for anything else — see the Privacy Policy.
4. You approve everything that’s published
Suasor never posts on its own. Nothing reaches your feed until you approve it. Because you approve each post, youare responsible for the content you publish through Suasor, including its accuracy and its compliance with each platform’s rules.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Suasor to:
- Publish unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content;
- Impersonate someone else or misrepresent who’s speaking;
- Break the terms of any connected platform (LinkedIn, X, Bluesky, etc.);
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its rate limits.
6. Subscriptions & billing
- Talking is never metered; generated posts are the billable unit, per your plan. Current pricing is shown at signup.
- Paid plans start with a free trial. After the trial, they renew each period until cancelled.
- Cancel anytime, in one click. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. Payments are handled by Stripe.
- We may change pricing; we’ll give notice before a change affects your renewal.
7. Third-party platforms
Connecting LinkedIn, X, Bluesky, or other services means you’re also bound by their terms. Those platforms control their own APIs and accounts; we’re not responsible for their decisions, outages, or any action they take on your account. We post only through their official APIs.
8. Intellectual property
We own the Suasor software, brand, and design. You own your content. Nothing here transfers ownership either way beyond the limited licences described above.
9. Disclaimers
Suasor is provided “as is.” We work hard to make the output sound like you, but we don’t guarantee any particular result, engagement, or that a post will “land.” AI-generated drafts can contain mistakes — review before you publish.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Termination
You can stop using Suasor and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we’ll update the date above and notify you where appropriate. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
